Why do you want to give up? Did you know that the Bible says God is the God of hope? That means that if you don’t have any hope, God will give you hope. Whenever circumstances appear to be hopeless and make us feel like we want to give up on life, on a marriage, on an individual, etc., etc., there will always be a spark of hope towards something that could make the situation brighter somehow pushing its way into our thoughts of defeat. That spark comes from God! He will always give us a way of escape. The Bible says, in Proverbs 13:12, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.” Don’t be afraid to trust Him, He loves you and will see you through your difficult times. This is not the time to give up, but it is time for you to trust that God, who loves you more than you’ll ever really know, can and will change your circumstances. Allow him to rebuild whatever it is in your life that’s fragmented. He is the God of hope. You’re about to turn over a new leaf. So don’t give up! Meditate on these Scriptures:

Romans 5:5 Now, hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

Romans 15:13 Now, may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
